What started as “Taste of Chinatown,” to now a full-on Summer Fair, head to Chinatown for a celebration full of food, dance, and good times.
Chicago’s Chinatown is located on the city’s south side, and was settled in its current location in 1912. It is home to over 20,000 Chinese residents, and is a popular tourist destination with over 150 restaurants, gift stores, and grocery stores.
The Chicago Chinatown Community Foundation is proud to support events like the Lunar New Year Parade, the Dragon Boat Race, and the Chinatown Summer Fair that bring thousands of visitors to Chinatown every year.
