Gallery hours by appointment
This group exhibition, guest-curated by the artist-run exhibition space Special Feature, celebrates the idea of spontaneous synchronization. “Spontaneous synchronization is a phenomenon where a movement or activity of a group of organic or mechanical entities unintentionally syncs up,” said Vincent Uribe, the Director of Exhibitions & External Relations at Arts of Life. “Any pattern or repetition can inadvertently become rhythmic. There are a multitude of hidden melodies waiting to be realized everywhere.”
Depending on when you make an appointment to see the show, you can refuel your body (and brain) with a coffee at Metric, an industrial-chic spot featuring house-roasted beans, or at any of the West Town Brewing District tap rooms. Midwest Coast Brewing is super close to Circle Contemporary.
